Is the price really all-inclusive? Your confirmed price includes VAT, tolls, meet & greet and the complimentary waiting period stated in your booking. Additional waiting time, extra stops or route changes may result in an additional charge.
What happens if my flight is delayed? We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time automatically. Waiting time after landing is free for up to 60 minutes.
How do I pay? You can pay securely online when booking, via a payment link, or by card in the vehicle. Companies can request invoicing.
Can I cancel my booking? Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.
